The amount of people suffering with Dementia is staggering, reportedly now standing at overall cases of just under 1 million of which there are approximately 70K members from within our LGBTQ community.
Dementia and its related illnesses does not just effect the patient but their friends and family too. Unfortunately at this moment in time there is no designated cure, however with hope in our hearts your continued support is vital and is going a long way to helping the specialist Dementia scientists to continue their work .
So Granny just wants to say thankyou for your support in2024 and hopes that your very kind support will continue into 2025 to allow new advances in treatment to be rolled out as soon as possible, which is what we all want.
If any of my fellow artistes out there want to organise support in their own areas and support Granny by having a fundraising event e.g. bingo night, raffle, full show, coffee morning or any other form of support please let Granny know.
